Take 2 slices of bread and generously butter one side of each. Place buttered bread in skillet (buttered-side down). Layer each slice of bread with 2 slices of cheese, 1 Tbsp. of tomato-basil jam (optional), 2 pineapple slices, 5 slices of ham and 1 more slice of cheese. Take the remaining 2 slices of bread, spread butter on one side of each and then place on top of sandwich (buttered-side up). Cook until browned and cheese is slightly melted, about 5-7 minutes.
