Roasted Red Pepper Aioli (recipe follows) Roasted Red Pepper Aioli: 250 ml (1 cup) roasted red peppers 60 ml (¼ cup) fresh basil, chopped 125 ml (½ cup) low fat sour cream Salt and pepper, to taste Juice of one lemon Directions In a food processor, combine ingredients for Roasted Red Pepper Aioli and purée until smooth, about 1 - 2 minutes.
