Parmesan cheese, grated 3 eggs 2 egg whites 30 ml (2 Tbs.) rice or potato flour 45 ml (3 Tbs.) fresh dill, chopped, or 5 ml (1 tsp.) dried Pinch salt and pepper Products Black Forest Ham Smoked Honey Ham Black Forest Ham Maple Ham Directions Preheat oven to 350°F. Lightly coat a square or round baking dish with vegetable oil spray. Heat the oil in a large, non-stick skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and onions and sauté for 3 minutes. Add diced ham and sauté for 5 minutes. Add mushrooms and cook until softened, 5 minutes. Add spinach and cook for 2 minutes. Remove from the heat and add cheddar and Parmesan cheeses, eggs, egg whites, flour, dill, salt and pepper. Mix well and pour into the prepared pan.
