On each skewer, assemble ham, peppers, onions and pineapple, alternating ingredients and finishing with a lime wedge on the end. Drizzle with some olive oil and balsamic vinegar; season with salt and pepper. Marinate for 30 minutes. Place on preheated grill on medium high heat; grill for 5 - 10 minutes, turning occasionally, until vegetables become tender. Brush with glaze and grill for 1 - 2 more minutes. Serve immediately.
