Piller’s Grillwurst, cut diagonally in 1 cm (½”) slices 1 baguette, cut diagonally in 1 cm (½”) slices Grainy Dijon mustard Zucchini Relish: 5 ml (1 tsp.) olive oil 1 zucchini, finely diced ½ red pepper, finely diced ¼ red onion, finely diced 45 ml (3 Tbs.) red wine vinegar 30 ml (2 Tbs.) chopped fresh herbs (parsley, thyme, basil) Watercress for garnish (optional) Products Grillwurst Cheddar Grillwurst Directions Warm sliced sausage on a grill and set aside. Toast baguette slices on grill until golden; remove to a serving platter. For zucchini relish, heat a frying pan over medium heat. Add oil, zucchini, red pepper and onion; fry until soft, about 5 minutes. Stir in red wine vinegar; remove from heat and stir in fresh herbs.
