Pizza Sticks

1 tube Pillsbury Dough
1/4 cup Unsalted Butter
3/4 teaspoon Garlic Salt
1 tablespoon Chopped Basil
1/2 package Piller's Pepperoni
1 cup Shredded Mozzarella
1/4 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
1 cup Pizza Sauce

Directions

Soak 10 bamboo skewers in warm water for 30 minutes or use metal skewers. Preheat oven to 400°F and cover a baking sheet with aluminum foil. Spray foil with cooking spray. Unroll pizza dough onto a lightly floured countertop. Mix the melted butter, garlic salt and basil together. Brush the dough lightly. Cut the dough lengthwise into 1 inch wide strips. Thread 5-7 pepperoni slices on each skewer leaving enough spaced for the pizza dough. Starting at one end of the dough strip, pierce through with the pointed end of the skewer and spiral wrap the dough around the pepperoni allowing the meat to peak through. Press the dough on each side to make sure it sticks. Place skewers on baking sheet and cook for 10-12 minutes or until dough is golden. Remove from oven and sprinkle with cheese allow cheese to melt. Serve with pizza sauce.
