|½ bag (125 g)||Piller’s Toppings Diced Chorizo|
|1 bag||corn tortilla chips|
|250 ml (1 cup)||cheddar cheese, grated|
|2||jalapeño peppers, sliced (seeds removed)|
|60 ml (¼ cup)||canned or fresh corn kernels|
|60 ml (¼ cup)||canned black beans, drained and rinsed|
Preheat oven to 400 °F. Take an oven-safe skillet and spray with vegetable oil spray. Layer nacho chips, chorizo, tomato, jalapeño peppers, corn, black beans and cheese. Bake until chips are toasted and cheese is melted, approximately 8 minutes. Remove from oven and serve. Optional: serve nachos with sides of guacamole, salsa, and sour cream.
