Everyone’s pizza favourite in a bite-sized snack.
|140 g pkg.||Piller’s Pepperoni cut in half|
|375 g (1 sheet)||puff pastry|
|250 ml (1 cup)||tomato sauce|
|125 ml (½ cup)||shredded mozzarella cheese|
Preheat oven to 425°F. Unroll pastry onto lightly floured surface. Cut into 16 rectangles. Arrange one sausage and a scant tablespoon of tomato sauce on each rectangle and sprinkle mozzarella evenly over top. Roll the pastry as tightly as possible around each pepperoni half. Chill in the refrigerator for 10 minutes. Place on a parchment lined baking sheet and bake for 12 to 15 minutes until puffed and golden. Serve warm.
