Ginger Soy Glazed Minis

140 g pkg. Piller’s Simply Free Minis Kolbassa
15 ml (1 Tbs.) toasted sesame seeds
15 ml (1 Tbs.) green onion, finely chopped
15 ml (1 Tbs.) coriander, chopped
75 ml (⅓ cup) soy sauce
30 ml (2 Tbs.) honey
15 ml (1 Tbs.) cider vinegar
2.5 cm (1 inch) ginger, finely sliced

For the glaze, in a small saucepan, combine soy sauce, honey, cider vinegar, and ginger. Bring to a boil, lower heat, and simmer until glaze is reduced by half. Heat a heavy saucepan to high; add Minis and grill until golden. Stir into glaze and remove to a platter with a slotted spoon. Sprinkle with sesame seeds, green onion, and coriander.
