Pineapple Ham Panini
INGREDIENTS
| 3oz. | Piller's sliced Black Forest ham | 85g |
| 3oz. | Canned pineapple slices (cut into pieces) 2 slices | 85g |
| 2oz. | Bottled sweet and sour sauce | 60ml |
| 1 Tbsp. | Honey mustard | 15ml |
| 1 | Panini Roll | 1 |
METHOD
- Saute pineapple in a non-stick frying pan over medium-high heat for 2 minutes.
- Add sweet and sour sauce and simmer for 1 minute longer until mixture thickens.
- Cool and set aside.
- Cut panini roll in half lengthwise.
- Spread honey mustard on bottom half then top with slices of ham and the pineapple mixture.
- Cover with other half of panini roll and grill on panini press until warmed through.
THIS MAKES A HEARTY LUNCH SANDWICH THE KIDS WILL ENJOY!
